HENGCHANG CHARACTERFUL FLOORING
Top layer
Top layer is carefully selected premium -quality solid wood veneer with thickness 0.6mm ,Aluminum Oxide and concave convex or UV-coating.
Aluminum Oxide is the superior wearproof stuff,and it is the waterproof layer .And the wearproof layer is concave convex that can impetus our blood circulating,improve on physical constitution .Therefore hangchang characterful flooring is not only best wearproof multiple wooden flooring but also the health flooring.
Middle layer
Used the best tropical hardwood for the core,multiple layer of wood are assembled in a cross-grain structure for superior dimensional stability .To assemble those multiple layer,we use special adhesive Melamine Urea that is moisture -resistant and friendly environment.Therefore all of our product counteract the natural tendency of wood to contract and expand during fluctuations in humidity and temperature .
Bottom layer
The bottom layer is the waterproof layer.We hot-press the glassy Melamine balance paper to the bottom board under 200 degrees temperature and 1200 tons pressure.
Our engineer wood flooring have two big advantage: One is top layer of Aluminum Oxide on natural veneer. Most factory produce is only UV-coating on natural veneer or Aluminumt Oxide on paper.
Second is beautiful hardwood multi-ply plywood with Melamine Urea adhesive. The flooring basic with density 710KGS/CBM, high stability and high water proof
We have five series:
one series is top layer Aluminum Oxide on paper, basic is multi-ply hardwood, we call Comfortable series.
two series are top layer Aluminum Oxide on natural veneer, basic is multi-ply hardwood, if with emboss surface, we call Fantastic series, if with plain surface, we call Dream series.
two series are top layer UV-coating on natural veneer, basic is multi-ply hardwood, if with square shape, we call Airtel series, other is called Elegant series.
